AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:

  • You will receive confirmation when your order has been received.
  • You will receive shipment confirmation with your tracking # via email  when your order is complete and being shipped out. 
  • You will receive an out for delivery notification, the day your order is being delivered. 
  • You will receive notification when your order has been delivered.

PRODUCTION TIME:

We are a family with different artisians contibuting to the whole. Most of our goods are handmade. Some of our goods are finished and some are made to order. Please pay special attention to the order fulfillment times listed next to each product.  If you place an order for many goods, they may not all ship at the same time.  You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING

We are are currently shipping domestically using USPS.

We ship via:

First class mail

Media Mail

Priority Mail

You will know which method of shipping will be used in the total for you order at checkout and when you receive your order confirmation. 

We do not refund for packages lost in transit. 

We do not refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages marked as delivered. Please be sure to delivery address is correct. 

Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to the handmade and custom nature, of all of our goods we do not accept returns/or exchanges.

 All sale items and custom items are final sale.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery) transactions securely through Paypal. You will receive confirmation of your order through email.
